摘 要:以氯化铁(FeCl3)、氯化锌(ZnCl2)、煤矸石和氢氧化钠(NaOH)为原料,采用沸腾回流法制得了一系列纳米三氧化二铁(α-Fe2O3)和氧化锌(ZnO)不同摩尔配合比的纳米三氧化二铁-氧化锌/煤矸石复合光催化剂(α-Fe2O3-ZnO/煤矸石复合光催化剂),并对产物进行了表征。以五氯酚(PCP)为目标降解物,考察了模拟太阳光照条件下样品的光催化降解效果。结果表明,将球形α-Fe2O3-ZnO复合物负载于改性煤矸石表面可有效提高其光催化活性,且α-Fe2O3-ZnO/煤矸石复合光催化剂的性能与α-Fe2O3和ZnO的摩尔配合比有关,在α-Fe2O3与ZnO的摩尔配合比为1∶5,光照4h条件下,α-Fe2O3-ZnO/煤矸石复合光催化剂对PCP的降解率达到100%,具有最佳的光催化降解效果,此外还具有可重复使用的特点。Using ferric chloride,zinc chloride,coal gangue and sodium hydroxide as the reactants,α-Fe2O3-ZnO/coal gangue composite photocatalysts with different mole ratios ofα-Fe2O3 to ZnO were successfully prepared by boiling reflux method.Field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM),X-ray powder diffraction(XRD)and UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectra(UV-Vis DRS)were used to characterize the products.The photocatalytic activity of samples was investigated for degradation of pentachlorophenol(PCP)under simulated sunlight.The results indicated that loading sphericalα-Fe2O3-ZnO composite on the surface of modified coal gangue can effectively improve its catalytic activity,and there was a close relationship between the photocatalytic performance of the composites and the mole ratios ofα-Fe2O3 to ZnO.When the molar ratio ofα-Fe2O3 to ZnO was 1∶5,the photocatalyst shown the highest performance and the degradation rate of PCP was up to 100% within 4 h.In addition,this catalysts can be used repeatedly.
