摘 要:采用水热法和还原沉淀法制备了三元复合光催化剂Cu2O/g-C3N4/Bi2WO6,利用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、X射线光电子能谱仪、紫外-可见漫反射光谱仪和电化学交流阻抗测试对光催化剂的结构组成、形貌、光吸收性能、电化学性能等进行分析。在制备的三元复合光催化剂中,片状钨酸铋(Bi2WO6)和层状类石墨相氮化碳(g-C3N4)依附在立方体氧化亚铜(Cu2O)上。以短链脂肪酸为牺牲剂,考察了不同光催化剂的光催化产生氢气和烷烃的性能。结果表明:以乙酸、丙酸、丁酸为牺牲剂,10%Cu2O/5%g-C3N4/Bi2WO6三元复合光催化剂的光催化性能比纯Bi2WO6分别提高了4.20、5.21、4.24倍,降解率分别达到82.44%、86.12%、79.29%。Cu2O/g-C3N4/Bi2WO6 ternary photocatalyst was prepared by hydrothermal method and reductiondeposition method.The structures,compositions,morphologies,light absorption ability and electrochemical properties of samples were characterized by XRD,SEM,XPS,UV-Vis DRS and EIS.It was observed that flake-like Bi2WO6 and layered g-C3N4 were attached to cubic Cu2O.The photocatalytic properties for production of hydrogen and alkanes over different photocatalysts were evaluated using short-chain fatty acids as sacrificial agents.Compared with pure Bi2WO6,photocatalytic activity of 10% Cu2O/5% g-C3N4/Bi2WO6 enhanced 4.20,5.21 and 4.24 times using acetic acid,propionic acid and butyric acid as electron donors,respectively.The corresponding degradation efficiencies of acetic acid,propionic acid and butyric acid were 82.44%,86.12% and 79.29%,respectively.
