摘  要:针对目前钢质储油罐使用过程中发生腐蚀,导致穿孔泄漏影响生产的现状,从储油罐存储介质的特性、腐蚀类型和腐蚀特点出发,根据罐内不同相体所处区域和位置的不同,分析了储油罐罐顶、罐壁和罐底不同部位的腐蚀原因和影响因素,并对某储油库1号储油罐进行了水、油、气质的全分析,按标准进行了挂片试验测定,确定了不同部位的腐蚀速率,根据检测结果提出了用涂层保护、添加缓蚀阻垢剂、加强阴级保护等储罐防护措施,同时需建立储罐腐蚀台账,定期采用漏磁检测等技术,对储油罐进行在线检测等,加强站场的完整性管理,确保储油库的安全平稳运行。In view of the current situation that corrosion can occur in oil storage tank in an oil depot during operation,which leads to perforation and leakage,the characteristics of medium in the storage tank and the features of storage tank corrosion are briefly introduced.According to the different areas and locations of different phases in the tank,the corrosion causes and influencing factors of different parts of the tank roof,tank wall and tank bottom are analyzed.The water quality,oil quality and gas quality of No.1 oil tank of the oil depot were analyzed.The corrosion rate of different parts was determined by field coupon corrosion test according to relevant national standards.Based on the test results,protective measures such as coating protection,adding corrosion and scale inhibitors,strengthening cathodic protection,etc.are put forward.At the same time,the corrosion account of oil storage tank was established,on-line monitoring of oil storage tank was carried out regularly using magnetic flux leakage detection technology,and the integrity management of station was strengthened to ensure and safe operation of oil storage tanks.
