油库自动化系统雷击事故分析与解决方案的应用

摘　　要：就某油库发生的一起自动化系统遭受雷击事故的案例,对其总配电室PLC控制柜控制模块、付油区设备和罐区可燃气体探头、摄像头,以及总控室内设备受损情况进行了原因分析,尤其对总控室的防雷,从线路传导的过电压和地电位的反击两方面作了详细分析,阐述了防护措施。特别针对油库自动化手段不断升级、可编程控制器PLC控制紧急切断系统、液位自动检测系统、微机付油、汽油油气回收系统、视频监控系统、可燃气体自动报警系统等的应用越来越普遍的情况,一旦遭受雷击,不但设备损失严重、威胁油库安全,甚至影响成品油市场的供给,分别提出了相应的防雷方案,并按照方案对该油库进行了整改,取得了良好效果。对其他油库自动化系统防雷工作具有示范意义。Based on a case study of a lightning strike accident of automation systems,including oil tank level measurement,oil delivery,alarm,emergency cut-off,television monitoring and other automatic system in an oil depot,the causes of the lightning strike accident were analyzed,and the corresponding protection solutions were put forward respectively.According to the solutions, the oil depot was revamped with good results achieved,which could provide reference for other oil depots to prevent lightning accident of automation systems.
