摘 要:为了减少冷链物流的碳排放,促进生态文明建设,论文综合考虑物联网技术优势和冷链物流的特点,引入软时间窗、客户满意度和碳排放量等为主要约束条件,提出碳税制度下总成本最小为目标函数的物流配送路径优化模型。采用改进的遗传算法求解数学模型,利用Matlab进行编码,通过实例表明模型和算法的有效性及合理性。结果显示:企业添加碳税约束情况下,冷链配送总成本降低,碳排放量比不考虑碳税时减少。研究可为企业冷链物流配送决策提供参考。To alleviate the carbon emission caused by cold chain logistics,promoting the construction of ecological civilization,after considering the advantages of Internet of Things and the characteristics of cold chain logistics,this paper sets up a rout optimization model that takes minimum total cost as goal under the carbon tax system with soft time window function,customer satisfaction,carbon emission and other major constraint conditions introduced.Using the improved genetic algorithm with the Matlab programming environment,the paper solves this mathematical model.A case study is conducted to verify the model and algorithm’s effectiveness.It shows that the total cost of cold chain distribution path is reduced under the carbon tax constraint,and the carbon emission reduction is less than that of the non-consideration of carbon tax,which provides a reference for enterprise cold chain logistics distribution decision.
