基于灰色系统理论的生态农业与生态旅游业耦合协调度测算分析——以湖南省为例

摘　　要：基于生态农业和生态旅游业22个指标体系和现有时间序列数据,采用灰色关联分析法和耦合协调度模型,对生态农业和生态旅游业关联度与耦合协调度进行测算分析。结果表明:当前湖南省生态农业与生态旅游业灰色关联度高,耦合作用较强;耦合协调度处于初级协调水平,向更高等级发展的趋势明显,提升空间巨大。因此,就湖南省两大产业耦合发展现状,提出政府应完善激励机制、强化人才培养、提高农民知识水平等建议,以期为促进湖南省生态农业和生态旅游业深度耦合发展做出贡献。Taking Hunan Province as an example,based on 22 index systems of Ecological agriculture and Ecological tourism and existing time series data,this paper uses grey correlation analysis method and coupling coordination degree model to calculate and analyze the correlation degree and coupling coordination degree of eco-agriculture and eco-tourism.The results show that:at present,eco-agriculture and eco-tourism have high grey correlation and strong coupling effect in Hunan Province.The coupling coordination degree is at the primary coordination level,and the development trend will go to a higher level obviously.Therefore,based on the current situation of the coupling development of the two industries in Hunan Province,the author puts forward the suggestions that the government should improve the incentive mechanism,strengthen the talent training,and improve the knowledge level of farmers,so as to make contributions to the in-depth coupling development of the two industries of eco-agriculture and eco-tourism in Hunan Province.
