石榴果皮水溶性提取物的抗球虫活性分析

摘　　要：本研究将‘软籽石榴’作为实验材料,将感染柔嫩艾美耳球虫的3周龄Cobb肉仔鸡作为研究对象,考察石榴果皮水提物组、氨丙啉组、未用药组和对照组的每克粪便中的卵囊数、体重增量和饲料转化率之间的差异。结果显示,治疗7 d后,水提物组的每克粪便中的卵囊数和饲料转化率显著低于未用药组,而体重增量显著高于未用药组。不同剂量(100 mg/kg,200 mg/kg,400 mg/kg体重)的石榴果皮水提物的抗球虫效果呈剂量依赖性增加,而以400 mg/kg体重的石榴果皮水提物对Cobb肉仔鸡灌胃效果最佳,治疗7 d后,每克粪便中的卵囊数(103个)和饲料转化率(1.47)分别达到最低,体重增量达到最高(1699.99 mg·kg^-1·bw^-1)。因此,石榴果皮水提取物具有较好的抗球虫活性。In order to reveal the application value of water extract of pomegranate(Punica granatum L.) peel in anticoccidial activity, we used ’soft-seed pomegranate’(Punica granatum L.) as experimental material, and 3-week-old Cobb broiler chicken infected with Eimeria tenella as research objective, to examine the difference in the number of oocysts per gram of feces, the weight gain, and the feed conversion rate among the pomegranate pericarp water extract group, the aminopropion group, the untreated group, and the control group, respectively. The results showed that after 7 days of treatment, the number of oocysts per gram of feces and feed conversion rate in the water-extracted objects was significantly lower than that in the untreated group, but the weight gain was significantly higher than that in the untreated group. The anticoccidial effect of different doses(100 mg/kg, 200 mg/kg,400 mg/kg body weight) of pomegranate pericarp water extract increased dose-dependently, while the water extract of pomegranate peel with 400 mg/kg body weight had the best effect on gavage of Cobb broilers. After 7 days treatment, the number of oocysts per gram of feces(103) and feed conversion rate(1.47) reached the lowest and the body weight gain reached the highest(1 699.99 mg/kg bw). Therefore, it suggested that the water extract of pomegranate peel should has better anticoccidial activity.
