宁夏地区两市艾滋病抗病毒治疗情况分析

摘　　要：目的分析宁夏地区银川市和吴忠市艾滋病抗病毒治疗效果。方法采用回顾性研究,对宁夏银川市和吴忠市2008-2016年接受国家免费抗病毒治疗,且年满15周岁的艾滋病病毒感染者/艾滋病患者治疗情况进行回顾性分析,采用SPSS 17.0软件进行统计学分析。结果宁夏银川市和吴忠市2008-2016年累计治疗522例HIV/AIDS,死亡56例。年龄主要集中在30-50岁(56.4%),以汉族为主(77.9%),未婚居多(41.4%),传播途径以性传播为主,其中同性传播占56.0%,基线CD4^+T值大于350个/山占46.4%,200~350个/卜1占32.6%,小于200个/0占21.0%。基线CD4^+T值大于350个/山组免疫功能重建和病毒抑制成功率均优于基线CD4^+T值小于200个/讪的治疗组。结论银川市和吴忠市艾滋病抗病毒治疗效果显著,免疫功能重建较好。切实做好早发现、早诊断和早治疗,提高艾滋病抗病毒治疗效果。Objective To analyze the antiviral treatment effects of AIDS in Yinchuan City and Wuzhong City of Ningxia.Methods A retrospective study was conducted to analyze the treatment status of HIV-infected patients/AIDS patients who received free national antiviral treatment from 2008 to 2016 in Yinchuan City and Wuzhong City.Data were analyzed by SPSS 17.0.Results From 2008 to 2016,522 treated cases of HIV/AIDS and 56 cases of death were reported in Yinchuan City and Wuzhong City of Ningxia.Patients were mainly among 30 to 50 years old(56.4%),with mainly of Han nationality(77.9%)and unmarried(41.4%).The route of transmission was mainly sexual transmission,of which homosexual transmission accounted for 56.0%.The baseline of CD4-+T value more than 350/ul accounted for46.4%,with 200~350/ul accounting for 32.6%and less than 200/ul accounting for 21.0%.As for the success rate of immune function reconstruction and virus suppression,the baseline of CD4^+T value greater than 350/ul group were better than those of less than 200/ul.Conclusion Yinchuan City and Wuzhong City have significant antiviral treatment effects and better immune function reconstruction.Earnest to achieve early detection,diagnosis and treatment,and to improve the effectiveness of AIDS antiviral treatment.
