蓝芩口服液治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎效果及对血清炎症因子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨蓝芩口服液治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的临床效果及对患儿血清炎症因子水平的影响。方法:选取2015年3月至2018年3月于我院就诊的疱疹性咽峡炎患儿120例,采用随机数表法将患儿分为观察组和对照组各60例。对照组给予开喉剑喷雾剂和对症治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予口服蓝芩口服液,比较两组患儿的临床疗效和不良反应,检测两组患儿治疗前后血清白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平。结果:观察组患儿治疗后退热时间与疱疹及溃疡消失时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组出现4例不良反应,对照组出现5例不良反应,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患儿治疗后IL-2水平高于治疗前,TNF-α低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组治疗后IL-2水平高于对照组,TNF-α低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:蓝芩口服液治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的临床疗效明显,可有效减轻患儿机体内的炎症反应。Objective:To explore the clinical effects of Lanqin oral liquid in the treatment of pediatric herpangina and its effects on serum inflammatory factors.Methods:A total of 120 cases with pediatric herpangina admitted into our hospital from Mar.2015 to Mar.2018 were extracted to be divided into the observation group and the control group via the random number table,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given Kaihoujian spray and symptomatic treatment,while the observation group received Lanqin oral liquid on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy and adverse drug reactions of two groups were compared,the serum interleukin-2(IL-2)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)levels were measured in two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the antipyretic time and disappearance time of herpes and ulcer in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were four cases of adverse drug reactions in the observation group and5 cases in the control group,with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-2 in two groups were higher than that before treatment and the levels of TNF-αwere lower than those before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-2 in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the levels of TNF-αwas lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Lanqin oral liquid in the treatment of pediatric herpangina is significant,which can effectively reduce the inflammatory response in children.
