摘  要:针对行星齿轮箱在低速重载的工作环境易导致关键部件发生故障的问题,本文提出了“小波包-峭度-包络”分析方法,基于LabVIEW开发一套行星齿轮箱故障分析系统,系统可读取多种格式的信号数据进行时域显示和频谱分析。通过小波包分解将信号分解到不同频带上,以小波包系数的峭度值作为频带选取准则,对小波包系数峭度值最大的频带进行包络谱分析,搭建行星齿轮箱故障模拟实验台,对采集的太阳轮、行星轮和齿圈故障信号进行分析,成功识别出故障。实验分析结果验证了方法的有效性和系统的可行性。该研究对行星齿轮箱运行过程中实时监测和早期故障识别具有重要意义。Planetary gearboxes are widely used in modern industry.Low-speed and heavy-load working environments often cause serious failures of key components.It is of great significance to monitor them in real time and identify them early.A"wavelet packet-kurtosis-envelope"analysis method is proposed.Based on LabVIEW,a planetary gearbox fault analysis system is developed.The system can read signal data in multiple formats for time domain display and spectrum analysis.The wavelet packet is decomposed into different frequency bands,the kurtosis value of the wavelet packet coefficient of each frequency band is calculated,and the frequency band with the largest kurtosis value is selected for the envelope spectrum analysis.A fault simulation experiment platform for planetary gearboxes is set up,and the collected fault signals of the sun gear,planet gear and ring gear are analyzed,and the faults are successfully identified.The experimental analysis results verify the effectiveness of the method and the feasibility of the system.
