摘 要:以不同助剂改性自制的Pd/C催化剂,考察催化剂改性对4-甲氧基苯酚加氢性能影响。结果表明,EDTA·2Na改性对催化剂性能影响较小;NaNO2和ZnCl2改性后,催化剂活性明显降低,但催化剂选择性提高;NaHCO3、Na2CO3和Na2B4O7改性后,催化剂活性和选择性均显著提高;Na2B4O7-ZnCl2改性,Pd/C效果最好,4-甲氧基环己酮选择性大于97%,催化剂具有良好稳定性。A series of Pd/C catalysts modified with different additives was prepared and the effects of additives on catalytic performance for hydrogenation of 4-methoxyphenol was investigated.The results showed that the modification of EDTA·2Na had little effect on Pd/C.After modification of NaNO2 and ZnCl2,the activity of the catalyst was obviously reduced,but the selectivity of the catalyst was improved.The activity and selectivity of the catalyst modified by NaHCO3,Na2CO3 and Na2B4O7 were both improved.Finally,the performance of Pd/C modified by Na2B4O7-ZnCl2 was the best.The selectivity of 4-methoxycyclo hexanone was more than 97%,and the catalyst had excellent stability.
