摘　　要：重油催化裂化装置长期以来受到原料性质恶化及操作条件的制约,为了提高装置的经济效益,采用湖南聚力催化剂股份有限公司强化助剂JCEG-1JH催化裂化增液剂,提高汽油收率,降低油浆收率,且汽油烯烃明显降低,对三器催化剂流化无影响。Residue fluid catalytic cracking unit has been restricted by the deterioration of raw material properties and operation conditions for a long time.In order to improve the economic benefits of the unit,the enhanced additive JCEG-1JH of Hunan Juli catalyst Co.,Ltd.was used to increase the yield of gasoline,reduce the yield of slurry,and reduce the olefin content of gasoline obviously.JCEG-1JH liquid increaser had no effect on the fluidization of catalyst in three units.
