摘　　要：研究读者参与文献资源建设的现状,分析存在的困境,提出重视读者参与、完善培训体系、健全管理制度、激励措施多元化等路径对策。This paper combs the present situation of readers'participation in the construction of literature resources,analyzes the existing difficulties.Accordingly,the corresponding measures such as attaching importance to readers’participation,perfecting training system,completing management system and diversification of incentive measures are put forward.
