摘　　要：目的分析2015-2017年安阳市第二类疫苗疑似预防接种异常反应(AEFI)发生情况,评价安阳市第二类疫苗预防接种安全性。方法通过"预防接种管理"和"AEFI监测管理"系统分别导出2015-2017年安阳市第二类疫苗接种数据及AEFI监测情况,采用描述性流行病学方法对第二类疫苗AEFI发生特征进行分析。结果2015-2017年安阳市累计接种第二类疫苗487 724剂次,报告第二类疫苗AEFI病例287例,报告发生率58.84/10万剂次,其中异常反应13例,报告发生率2.67/10万剂次;报告发生率居前五的疫苗包括流脑A+C结合疫苗(380.88/10万剂次)、DTap-Hib四联疫苗(299.10/10万)、23价肺炎疫苗(240.43/10万剂次)、DTaP-IPV和-Hib五联疫苗(211.14/10万剂次)、轮状病毒疫苗(123.48/10万剂次)。结论安阳市第二类疫苗预防接种安全性较好,但需加强第二类疫苗AEFI监测报告工作,提高监测敏感性和工作质量。Objective To analyze the incidence of the second type of vaccine adverse events following immunization(AEFI) in Anyang City from 2015 to 2017, and to evaluate the safety of the second type of vaccine vaccination in Anyang City. Methods The second category of vaccination data and AEFI monitoring in Anyang City from 2015 to2017 were derived through the"vaccination management"and"AEFI monitoring management"systems. The second type AEFI occurrence characteristics were analyzed using descriptive epidemiological methods. Results Anyang City accumulatively inoculated a second type of vaccine 487,724 doses in 2015-2017,Reported 287 cases of the second type of vaccine AEFI, the reported incidence rate is 58.84/100,000 doses,13 were rare adverse reactions,reported incidence rate of 2.67/100,000 doses;The vaccines with the top five reported rates include MPCV-AC(380.88/100,000),DTaP-Hib(299.10/100,000),PPV23(240.43/100,000),DTaP-IPV/Hib(211.14/100,000),ORV(123.48/100,000).Conclusions The second type of vaccine vaccination in Anyang City is safe, but it is necessary to strengthen the second class vaccine AEFI monitoring report to improve monitoring sensitivity and work quality.
