摘  要:为准确预测锅炉屏式受热面的热流密度和蒸汽流量分配,以某电厂1000 MW超超临界П型八角反向双切圆锅炉为研究对象,采用炉膛CFD和水动力耦合分析模型计算方法,结合机组实际BMCR工况的运行数据和仿真值对模型和程序进行修正,分析炉内燃烧及辐射能量传递规律,分析屏式受热面烟温偏差及蒸汽流量偏差,总结屏上能流交换分布规律,对后续工程或改造工程提供指导。In order to accurately predict the heat flux density and steam flow distribution of the boiler panel heating surface, a 1000 MW ultra-supercritical П-type octagonal reverse double-cutting boiler of a power plant is taken as the research object, and the furnace CFD and hydrodynamic coupling analysis model calculation method is adopted. The model and program are modified based on the operating data and simulation values of the actual BMCR operating conditions of the unit. The combustion and radiant energy transfer laws of the furnace are analyzed. The smoke temperature deviation and steam flow deviation of the screen heating surface are analyzed, and the distribution rules of energy flow exchange on the screen are summarized. Provide guidance for subsequent projects or renovation projects.
