摘　　要：目的通过分析佛山市三水区2014-2018年水痘流行特征,为制定水痘防控策略提供参考依据。方法收集2014-2018年中国疾病预防控制信息系统报告的三水区水痘病例及水痘突发公共卫生事件信息资料,采用Excel2007录入数据、SPSS19.0软件进行统计分析。结果佛山市三水区2014-2018年共报告水痘1 195例,年平均发病率为34.06/10万。冬春季高发,发病时间主要集中在每年11月-次年1月。水痘发病主要人群为15岁以下儿童,占所有报告病例的61.92%。中小学学生占所有报告病例的55.06%,中小学是水痘突发公共卫生事件高发场所。结论佛山市三水区2014-2018年水痘发病率呈上升趋势,发病有明显的季节性和职业性,防控重点是15岁以下儿童尤其是中小学学生。Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of varicella in Sanshui district of Foshan from 2014 to 2018,provide the reference basis for formulating the control strategy of varicella. Methods Data of varicella cases and public health emergencies reported by China Disease Prevention and Control Information System from 2014 to 2018 were collected and analyzed by Excel 2007 and SPSS19.0.Results A total of 1 195 cases of varicella were reported in Sanshui district of Foshan from 2014 to 2018,with an average annual incidence of 34.06/100 000.The incidence was high in winter and spring,mainly from November to January next year.The main population of chickenpox was children under 15 years old,accounting for 61.92% of all reported cases,and 55.06% of all reported cases were primary and secondary school students.Primary and secondary schools were also places with high incidence of varicella public health emergencies.Conclusion From 2014 to 2018,the incidence of varicella in Sanshui district of Foshan is on the rise.The incidence of varicella is seasonal and occupational.The focus of prevention and control is on children under 15 years old,especially students in primary and secondary schools.
