摘  要:21世纪以来,针对局部冲突、恐怖袭击以及重大事故/灾害等公共突发事件的应急医学救援已经上升为世界各国的国家战略。批量创(烧、战)伤休克伤员的救治是应急医学救援工作的重要组成部分。因此,研究战场或突发事故及灾害现场缺乏静脉输液条件下创烧伤休克的应急救治技术具有重要的社会、医学和军事意义。此类休克救治技术主要包括口服补液,腹腔输液,骨髓腔输液,应用止血带、抗休克裤和止血药物及敷料,针刺抗休克穴位,应用抗休克或生命维持药物,应用现场止痛技术以及血液制品和补液成分的研究等。本文重点介绍近年来口服补液、生命维持和细胞保护药物和针刺抗休克的主要研究进展以及本课题组所做的一些研究工作。Since the 21 th century,emergency medical rescue for local conflicts,terrorist attacks,major accidents/disasters and other public emergencies has become the national strategy of all countries in the world.It is one of important part of emergency medical rescue work to treat the batch shock casualty.Therefore,it is of great social,medical and military significance to study the emergency treatment technology of wound and burn shock in battlefield or at the scene of the disaster without the condition of intravenous infusion.Such shock treatment techniques mainly includes oral rehydration,intraperitoneal infusion,bone marrow cavity infusion,application of tourniquet,antishock trousers,hemostatic drugs and dressings,acupuncture points against shock,anti-shock and drugs for life support,field analyestic technique,blood products and rehydration composition,etc.This paper mainly introduces the main research progress of oral rehydration,drugs for life support and cytoprotective and acupuncture points against shock,and some research work in these fields that author’s group has done in recent years.
