摘  要:用20%PEG-6000作渗透介质,模拟干旱条件,利用干旱胁迫反应指数和平均隶属值,对第3次全国农作物种质资源普查与收集行动中湖南收集到的19份农民认知为耐旱的水稻种质进行芽期耐旱性鉴定。结果表明,仅有3份(H08、H15和H16)种质具有强的芽期耐旱性,它们可作为耐旱资源进一步研究。农民认知与科学鉴定存在一定差异,对普查收集的种质有必要进行全面细致的科学认证。With 20%PEG-6000 as a permeable medium to simulate drought conditions,19 rice germplasm resources,collected in the 3rd Nation-wide Survey of Crop Germplasm Resources Project in Hunan and called to be droughttolerant varieties by local farmers,were identified and evaluated on their drought tolerance at germinating stage based on the index of drought stress response and average subordinate function value.The results showed that three germplasms(H08、H15 and H16)were only found to be strongly resistant to drought in germinating stage.They could be further studied as drought-tolerant resources.There existed some difference in drought tolerance of rice germplasms between farmers’cognition and scientific identification,so it is necessary to carry out detailed and comprehensive scientific authentication to the germplasms collected in the survey.
