摘  要:等速运动规律是凸轮机构中常用的一种推杆运动规律。为改善凸轮机构等速运动规律的运动特性,增强工作的稳定性,提出了一种等速运动规律修正策略,设计了一种组合运动规律,能同时满足推杆按等速运动规律运动,并且加速度不产生突变的要求,消除了推杆运动中的刚性冲击和柔性冲击,利用Matlab进行了凸轮机构运动学仿真,并结合Pro/E和Matlab进行了凸轮机构轮廓曲线的精确设计。仿真结果表明,修正等速运动规律的运动特性得到了显著的改善。The law of uniform velocity motion of the push rod is used in cam mechanism commonly.In order to improve the motion characteristics of cam mechanism under law of uniform velocity motion,enhance the stability of cam mechanism,a kind of modified strategy is proposed in this paper,a combined motion law is designed.It can satisfy the requirement that the push rod moves according to the law of uniform velocity motion,and the accelerated speed does not change abruptly,the rigid impact and the flexible impact in the movement of the push rod are eliminated as well.Kinematics simulation of cam mechanism is carried out by using Matlab,the accurate contour curve design of cam mechanism is designed with Pro/E and Matlab.The simulation results show that the motion characteristics of the law of uniform velocity motion have been significantly improved.
