摘　　要：平衡轴是用来平衡和减少发动机的振动。平衡轴在加工过程中出现压装毛刺、磕碰伤等问题。对问题产生的原因进行分析并提出了相应的改进措施,为同类产品的生产提供了有效的参考。The balance shaft is used to balance and reduce the vibration of the engine,the balance shaft has problems such as pressing burrs and bruises during processing.This paper analyzes the causes of the problems and proposes corresponding improvement measures,provides an effective reference for the production of similar products.
