摘 要:聚变堆实验包层结构中包含由锂陶瓷小球随机堆积形成的球床.为研究其传热性能,特别是球床有效热导率随温度的变化规律,采用离散单元法模拟了小球在方形容器中的堆积,并使用该模型进行了稳态传热的数值计算.该几何模型中距壁面不同距离处球床局部堆积系数符合经典关系式,验证了其合理性.由数值计算得到的球床有效热导率随球床平均温度的变化规律也能与相关实验测量值较好地吻合.Randomly packed lithium ceramic pebble bed was used in the solid blanket design for fusion reactors.Numerical simulation was used to study the thermal perform of the pebble bed in this study,especially the change rules of the effective thermal conductivity with the mean temperature.The packing of the pebbles in a cubic container were obtained with discrete element method(DEM).The pebble bed DEM model was applied to produce a geometric model and the subsequent CFD steady state simulation was based on it.Simulation of the local packing factor distribution in the pebble bed was agreed with the classic correction,the reasonability of the simulation model was certified.The result of the effective thermal conductivity distribution in this study was shown to be in good agreement with the existing experimental date.
