摘 要:随着"一带一路"建设的推进,我国很多企业代表中国制造、中国建设、中国管理"走出去"。但各个国别关于项目的要求是不一样的,这给我们企业带来很大的压力和挑战,有的企业在欧洲、美洲遭遇滑铁卢,教训是深刻的。做好一个项目必须首先做好风险预控清单,做好顶层设计,有效规避风险,合规经营,做好深耕战略的落地工作,遵循所在国别的风俗习惯、法律法规、标准规范,加强商务法务、专业化、沟通协调以及创新能力提升和建设,培养合格的国际化和差异化复合型人才。文章以印尼爪哇7号项目为例,介绍总承包的风险防控工作。With the introduction of the Belt and Road Initiative,many China-invested enterprises have formulated International strategic transformation,which represents the going-out of Chinese Manufacture,Chinese Construction and Chinese Management.As each country takes different policies,China-invested enterprises have met great stress and challenge.A number of China-invested enterprises in Europe,America and other countries have experienced Waterloo,and the profound lesson has brought immeasurable losses to them.Doing a good project firstly needs to make a risk control list and top design,which could make enterprises effectively avoid risks and manage in compliance,to guarantee that China-invested enterprises settle firmly in foreign countries,do well in landing work of deepening strategy,follow manners and customs,laws and rules and standard specifications of the countries they locate,strengthen business and legal affairs,professionalization,communication and coordination,enhance innovation capability,and cultivate qualified international and differentiated interdisciplinary talents.Taking Jawa 7 project in Indonesia as an example,this paper introduces the risk prevention and control.
