摘　　要：[目的/意义]对TRIZ创新理论在图书情报领域的应用研究进行一次全面回顾和评估,并提出未来研究建议。[方法/过程]采用系统性文献综述方法,从产业创新、企业创新、技术创新、专利应用以及图书馆学应用五个视角来剖析TRIZ在该领域的应用情况,并分析它们之间的联系、不足和未来发展趋势。[结果/结论]研究表明,TRIZ创新理论在图书情报领域的应用研究呈现几个特点:应用范围较为局限,研究内容不够全面,在图书馆学领域中应用研究较少,所采用的TRIZ理论方法较集中,TRIZ在图书情报领域应用的主要问题在于具体问题难以标准化、标准解难以具体化、不能有效解决非技术性方面的研究需求。因此需要对这些问题进一步研究,让TRIZ理论在图情领域发挥其更大的作用。[Purpose/significance]This paper reviews and evaluates the application of TRIZ innovation theory in library and information science,and puts forward some suggestions for future research.[Method/process]Using the systematic literature review method,the paper analyzes the application of TRIZ in library and information science from five perspectives of industrial innovation,enterprise innovation,technology innovation,patent application and library science application,and analyzes the connections,deficiencies and future development.[Result/conclusion]The application of TRIZ innovation theory in library and information science shows several characteristics:limited application scope,uncomprehensive research content,less applied research in library science and concentrated research methods.The main problem of TRIZ application in the field of library and information science is that specific problems are difficult to be standardized,standards are difficult to be specified,and non-technical research needs cannot be effectively met.Therefore,it is necessary to further study these problems so that TRIZ theory can play a greater role in the field of library and information science.
