电动拖拉机动力装置专利技术全球布阵与态势研究

摘　　要：[目的/意义]在推进能源生产和消费革命的大背景下,电动拖拉机能够有效地缓解由燃油农业机械所造成的能源和环保问题。本研究旨在挖掘电动拖拉机动力装置技术的全球布阵与发展态势,为我国产业发展提供决策参考。[方法/过程]基于德温特专利创新索引数据库,利用Thomson Innovation专利分析软件,对全球电动拖拉机的动力装置技术相关专利文献进行全面检索,利用专利分析方法,剖析领域专利的时空特征、IPC技术领域分布、竞争态势、发展态势等。[结果/结论]美国、中国、日本是该领域专利主要申请国家,我国正处于技术快速发展期,申请大量的专利,但技术创新不足;美国是该领域的技术创新主体,并且注重国际专利布局;日本企业很注重美国市场;美国、日本专利申请主要集中于3-4个龙头企业,中国专利申请分属不同的专利权人;美国、中国及日本对电动拖拉机动力装置技术研究呈现互补态势。[Purpose/significance]Under the background of the revolution in energy production and consumption,electric tractors can effectively alleviate the energy and environmental problems caused by oil-fired agricultural machinery.The purpose of this study is to explore the global distribution and development trend of electric tractor power plant technologies,and to provide a reference for China's industrial development.[Method/process]Based on Derwent Innovations Index,Thomson Innovation patent analysis software is used to conduct a comprehensive retrieval of patent documents related to power plant technology of electric tractors around the world.By using the method of patent analysis,this paper analyzes the spatial and temporal characteristics of patents in the field,the distribution of IPC technology,the competitive situation and the development trend.[Result/conclusion]The United States,China and Japan are the major patent applicants in this field.China is in the period of rapid technology development,applying for a large number of patents,but technical innovation is insufficient.The United States is the main technological innovator in this field and emphasis on the international patent layout.Japanese enterprises pay great attention to American market.American and Japanese patents are applied by three or four leading enterprises,while Chinese patent applications belong to different patentees.Researches on the technology of electric tractor power plant in these countries are complementary to each other.
