论我国法医学专家辅助人所应具备的资格与品质

摘　　要：目前我国法律对法医学专家辅助人的资质及具体要求尚无明确规定,本文认为其所应具备的资格与品质是:熟悉相关的法律法规,精湛的法医学专业技术,崇高的道德品质,良好的综合素质。At present, there are no clear provisions on the qualification and specific requirements of medicolegal expert assistants in Chinese laws. This paper believes that the qualification and quality should be: familiarity with relevant laws and regulations, superb expertise in forensic medicine, high moral character and good comprehensive quality.
