摘 要:采用等体积浸渍法制备了Ni/ZSM-5固体催化剂,以光皮树油热裂解产物(裂解液)为原料,在高压反应釜内催化氢化制备高饱和度、低含氧量的生物基富烃燃料,利用N_2吸附-脱附、SEM、XRD、FTIR等分析方法对催化剂的结构、组成及微观形貌进行分析;并运用GC-MS元素分析及FTIR对裂解液和产物富烃燃料进行分析对比。实验结果表明,Ni/ZSM-5固体催化剂保持了ZSM-5沸石的骨架,具有高分散性,催化氢化效果较好,富烃燃料的烃类组分含量高达94.36%(w),O元素含量(w)由11.50%降至2.39%,C/H比为6.639。Ni/ZSM-5催化剂用于催化氢化制备富烃燃料具有可实践性。Ni/ZSM-5 solid catalyst was prepared by incipient impregnation method.A high-saturation,low-oxygen bio-based hydrocarbon-rich fuel was prepared by catalytic hydrogenation in a highpressure reactor with a thermal cracking product of cornus wisoniana oil(pyrolysis liquid)as a raw material.The structure,composition and microstructure of the self-made catalysts were detected by N2 adsorption-desorption,SEM,XRD,FTIR,GC-MS elemental analysis and FTIR were used to analyze and compare the pyrolysis liquid with the product hydrocarbon-rich fuel.The results show that the Ni/ZSM-5 solid catalyst maintains the skeleton of ZSM-5 zeolite,which has high dispersibility and is ideal for catalytic hydrogenation.The hydrocarbon-rich hydrocarbon component content is as high as 94.36%(w),the O element content(w)is reduced from 11.50%to 2.39%,and the C/H ratio is 6.639.Therefore,Ni/ZSM-5 catalyst has practical workability for catalytic hydrogenation to produce hydrocarbon-rich fuel.
