摘  要:在常温液相状态下,以石油醚为置换剂,甲苯为解吸剂,通过固定床吸附分离形式,采用吸附—置换—脱附—置换循环操作方式进行煤油脱芳的实验研究,考察了吸附剂类型、进料空速、剂油比、置换剂和解吸剂用量等对煤油脱芳效果的影响。实验结果表明:以NaX分子筛为吸附剂,在空速为1.0 h^(-1)、剂油比为2.0的条件下,可将煤油中芳烃含量由10.50%(w)降至0.10%(w)以下。为保证吸附剂循环使用的脱芳效果,置换剂最小用量为吸附剂床层体积的0.8倍,解吸剂最小用量为吸附剂床层体积的0.4倍。Kerosene dearomatization experiment was carried out with the cycle operation of adsorption-displacement-desorption-displacement in a fixed bed adsorptive separation unit at room temperature.Petroleum ether and toluene were used as displacer and desorbent,respectively.The effect of adsorbent type,space velocity,ratio of adsorbent to oil,displacer amount and desorbent amount on the dearomatizaiton performance was investigated systermatically.The results showed that the content of aromatics in kerosene could be reduced from 10.50%(w)to 0.10%(w)with the space velocity of 1.0 h-1 and the ratio of adsorbent to oil of 2.0 by using NaX zeolite as the adsorbent.In order to ensure the dearomatization effect of recycled adsorbent,the minimum volume of the displacer was 0.8 times the volume of the adsorbent bed,and that of the desorbent was 0.4 times the volume of the adsorbent bed.
