摘  要:为评估现行集约化通风降温系统的可行性,研究了高密度层叠式笼养模式下热应激对鸡舍内不同位置以及不同笼层高度的高产蛋鸡血浆生理生化指标的影响。结果表明:在高温环境下,蛋鸡血浆中超氧化物歧化酶活力和还原型谷胱甘肽含量显著降低,甘油三酯和总胆固醇含量显著升高;另外,热应激使蛋鸡血浆中肿瘤坏死因子α、皮质醇、内毒素以及热应激蛋白70含量显著升高,尤其以鸡舍末端顶层笼位鸡群血浆生化指标变化最明显;而在适温环境下,这些指标在不同笼层鸡群之间无显著差异。可见,夏季高温环境诱发了高密度层叠式笼养蛋鸡的热应激反应,全自动环境控制系统对此类饲养模式下鸡舍夏季降温效果不理想,鸡舍末端鸡群的热应激现象仍然较为严重。In order to evaluate the feasibility of the current intensive ventilation and cooling system,the effects of heat stress on the plasma physiological and biochemical indexes of high-yield layers in different positions and different cage heights were studied under the high-density stacked cage mode.The results showed that the superoxide dismutase activity and reduced glutathione content in the plasma of laying hens decreased significantly,and the content of triglyceride and total cholesterol increased significantly under high temperature.In addition,the content of tumor necrosis factor a,cortisol,endotoxin and heat shock protein 70 in the plasma of laying hens increased significantly by heat stress,especially the changes of biochemical indexes were most obvious in the plasma of the top layer caged hens at the end of the coop.However,there was no significant difference in these indexes among different caged groups under the suitable temperature environment.It could be seen that the high temperature environment in summer induced the heat stress response of high-density layer in stacked cage.The effects of automatic environmental control system on the temperature reduction of henhouse in summer was not ideal,and the heat stress phenomenon of the end of henhouse was still serious.
