摘  要:随着网络化时代的到来,企业竞争态势越发严峻,信息和技术对经济发展越来越重要,传统企业为了抢夺市场,纷纷改进技术并拓宽信息获取渠道。电子商务是一种先进技术手段,将其应用到企业的经营活动中能在改变竞争力环境的同时提高企业的盈利水平,是企业在困境中谋求发展的重要方式。而传统企业作为市场经济的主要组成部分,要想在激烈的市场环境中赢得竞争,需要运用电子商务来提升竞争力。文章利用专家调查法来识别电子商务影响传统企业竞争力的主要因素,然后用层次分析法来确定影响因素的权重,最后结合五种竞争力模型来研究电子商务对传统企业的竞争力提升路径。With the advent of the network era,the competitive situation has become more and more serious.Information and technology are becoming more and more important for economic development.In order to seize the market,enterprises have improved their technology and broadened their access to information.E-commerce is an advanced technology.Applying it to the business activities of enterprises can improve the profitability of enterprises while changing the competitive environment.It is an important way for enterprises to seek development in the predicament.As a major component of the market economy,traditional enterprises need to use e-commerce to enhance their competitiveness in order to win competition in a fierce market environment.The article uses the expert survey method to identify the main factors affecting the competitiveness of e-commerce,and then uses the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of the influencing factors.Finally,the five competitiveness models are combined to study the e-commerce's competitiveness improvement path for traditional enterprises.
