摘  要:瞬时受体电位超家族中一些通道在下尿路中广泛表达,如TRPV1、TRPV4、TRPA1、TRPM4和TRPM8通道。这些瞬时受体电位通道参与了下尿路中诸多生理及病理活动,与一些下尿路功能障碍疾病、膀胱癌和前列腺癌的发病机制有关,如TRPV1通道与膀胱过度活动症,TRPV4、TRPA1和TRPM4通道与逼尿肌过度活动,TRPM4、TRPM8通道与前列腺癌。瞬时受体电位通道可作为这些疾病临床治疗的新靶点,如TRPV1通道激动剂辣椒辣素已用于膀胱过度活动症的临床治疗中,不过这一目标仍需要后续大量的研究而获得实现。Some channels in the transient receptor potential superfamily are widely expressed in the lower urinary tract,such as TRPV1,TRPV4,TRPA1,TRPM4 and TRPM8 channels.These transient receptor potential channels participate in many physiological and pathological activities in the lower urinary tract.It is related to the pathogenesis of lower urinary tract dysfunction,bladder cancer and prostate cancer.For example,TRPV1 channel and overactivity of bladder,TRPV4,TRPA1 and TRPM4 channel with overactivity of detrusor,TRPM4 channel and TRPM8 channel with prostate cancer.Transient receptor potential channel can be used as a new target for clinical treatment of these diseases.For example,the TRPV1 channel agonist capsaicin has been used in the clinical treatment of overactive bladder,but this goal still needs to be achieved through follow-up studies.
