创新创业教育融入医药营销专业人才培养的实践与探索

摘　　要：伴随着医药产业的高速发展和人口老龄化趋势的加深,医药产业日益成为社会关注的焦点,经济社会的发展对医药营销人才的需求与日俱增,对医药营销人才也提出了更高的要求,医学院校肩负着医药营销人才培养的艰巨任务。本文以黑龙江中医药大学为例,研究分析创新创业教育融入专业人才培养的现状及问题,从创新教育和创业教育两个层面构建了创新创业教育融入医药营销专业人才培养的路径,提出将创新创业教育融入医药营销专业教育、思想政治教育以及“第二课堂”活动的探索。Under the background of the rapid development of the pharmaceutical industry and the aging society,the pharmaceutical industry has gradually become the focus of social attention.The demand for pharmaceutical marketing talents has been increasing and higher requirements have been put forward for pharmaceutical marketing talents.Medical schools have the responsibility of cultivating applied talents.Taking Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine as an example,this paper analyzes the present situation and the existing problems of innovation entrepreneurship education into professional talent cultivation,moreover,explores the path of the innovation entrepreneurship education into the pharmaceutical marketing professional talent cultivation from two aspects:the innovation education and entrepreneurship education,proposes that the innovative entrepreneurship education should be integrated into the professional education,the ideological and political education,and the exploration of the second classroom activities.
