摘　　要：目的评价动态喉镜在功能减弱性嗓音疾病中的应用价值。方法选取2015年1月至2019年5月天津市天津医院收治的50例功能性发音障碍患者(试验组)及50例健康体检者(对照组)作为研究对象,两组均行动态喉镜检查,比较两组动态喉镜检查情况。结果与对照组比较,试验组声带振幅得分[(4.60±1.05)分vs.(5.56±0.50)分]、黏膜波得分[(4.54±1.07)分vs.(5.64±0.48)分]、声门闭合程度得分[(4.40±0.61)分vs.(5.00±0.00)分]、声带振动对称性得分[(3.62±0.70)分vs.(3.94±0.24)分]、声带振动规律性得分[(3.56±0.67)分vs.(3.94±0.24)分]更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而试验组声门上振动得分[(0.24±0.06)分]与对照组[(0.00±0.00)分]比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同类型试验组黏膜波得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论动态喉镜在功能减弱性嗓音疾病的诊断中具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the application effect of dynamic laryngoscopy in weakened functional voice disease.Methods A total of 50 patients with functional dysphonia(the experiment group)and 50 healthy people(the control group)admitted to hospital from January 2015 to May 2019 were selected as research subjects.The dynamic laryngoscopy was used,and the application effect between the two groups was compared.Results Compared with the control group,the experiment group was lower in vocal cord amplitude score[(4.60±1.05)points vs.(5.56±0.50)points],mucosal wave score[(4.54±1.07)points vs.(5.64±0.48)points],glottal closure degree score[(4.40±0.61)points vs.(5.00±0.00)points],vocal cord symmetry score[(3.62±0.70)points vs.(3.94±0.24)points],vocal cord regularity score[(3.56±0.67)points vs.(3.94±0.24)points],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).While there was no significant difference in the glottic vibration score between the experiment group[(0.24±0.06)points]and the control group[(0.00±0.00)points,P>0.05].The comparison of mucosal wave score in the different types of experiment group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Dynamic laryngoscope has a high clinical application effect in the diagnosis of weakened voice disease.
