比索洛尔联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦在慢性心力衰竭中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨比索洛尔联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效观察。方法选取2018年2月至2019年3月该院98例慢性心力衰竭患者,分为对照组和观察组,各49例。对照组给予比索洛尔联合贝那普利治疗,观察组给予比索洛尔联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗,两组均给予其他常规抗心力衰竭治疗,对比两组患者治疗前后的效果及各项治疗指标。结果观察组治疗总体有效率为87.8%,明显高于对照组(77.6%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,对照组和观察组患者6 min步行距离均较治疗前增加[(343.61±68.47)m vs.(394.78±72.56)m],差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗后观察组明显多于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后LVEF明显高于对照组[(47.49±4.04)%vs.(39.68±3.78)%],LVEDd、NT-proBNP[(49.16±9.92)mm vs.(212.77±81.29)ng/L]明显低于对照组[(51.36±9.94)mm vs.(432.40±82.56)ng/L],差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论比索洛尔联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦对慢性心力衰竭患者更有效,更能促进心力衰竭患者心功能的改善,有效抑制心室重构。Objective To investigate the efficacy of Bisoprolol combined with Sacubitril Valsartan in the treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods 98 patients with chronic heart failure in our hospital from February 2018 to March 2019 were assigned to the control group and the observation group,with 49 in each group.The control group was treated with Bisoprolol combined with Benazepril,while the observation group was treated with Bisoprolol combined with Sacubitril Valsartan.The effects of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results Total treatment effective rate difference was observed,with 77.6%of the control group and 87.8%of the observation group,respectively(P<0.05).After treatment,the 6 min walking distance in two groups significantly increased,and the difference was statistically significant in the observation group(P<0.05).After treatment,the 6 min walking distance in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group[(343.61±68.47)m vs.(394.78±72.56)m](P<0.05).In addition,LVEF,LVEDd and NT-proBNP[(49.16±9.92)mm vs.(212.77±81.29)ng/L]of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group[(51.36±9.94)mm vs.(432.40±82.56)ng/L]after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Bisoprolol combined with Sacubitril Valsartan is more effective for patients with chronic heart failure,more helpful to the improvement of cardiac function,and inhibiting ventricular remodeling.
