摘  要:目的:建立清火抗毒丸的定性质量标准。方法:采用薄层鉴别法鉴别清火抗毒丸中黄芩、栀子。结果:建立的薄层色谱法能鉴别出黄芩、栀子,斑点对应较好,阴性对照无干扰,通过对提取溶剂及方法、薄层板、展开剂的考察结果显示,方法适应性良好。结论:本方法鉴别的斑点清晰,专属性强,重现性好,可作为清火抗毒丸的质量控制方法。Objective:To establish the quality control standard of Qinghuo Kangdu Pills. Methods:Scutellaria baicalensis,Gardenia were qualitatively identified by TLC. Results:The established thin-layer chromatography method can identify the Scutellaria baicalensis and Gardenia,and the spots are better. The negative control has no interference. The results of investigation on the extraction solvent and method,thin layer plate and developing agent show that the established method is well adapted. Conclusion:The method has clear spots,strong specificity and good reproducibility. It can be used as a quality control method for Qinghuo Kangdu pills.
