摘　　要：目的:观察针刺结合药线点灸治疗周围性面瘫病效果。方法:60例分为两组各30例。对照组用针刺联合艾灸治疗,观察组用针刺结合药线点灸治疗。结果:观察组疗效高于对照组(P<0.05),面部活动改善时间、感觉恢复时间短于对照组(P<0.05),生活质量评分、症状积分高于对照组(P<0.05),平均治疗次数少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺结合药线点灸治疗周围性面瘫病疗效较好。Objective:To observe the effect of acupuncture combined with medicated thread moxibustion on peripheral facial paralysis. Method: 60 cases were divided into two groups, 30 cases in each group. The control group were treated with acupuncture combined with moxibustion while the observation group were treated with acupuncture combined with medicated thread moxibustion. Result: The therapeutic effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The facial activity improvement and sensory recovery time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05). The quality of life score and symptom score of the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The times of treatments was less than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncture combined with medicated thread moxibustion is effective in treating peripheral facial paralysis.
