中药溻渍疗法联合红外线照射治疗慢性胆囊炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药溻渍疗法联合红外线照射治疗慢性胆囊炎的临床效果。方法:82例分为对照组与联合组各41例,两组均给予胆康胶囊治疗,联合组加用中药溻渍疗法联合红外线照射治疗。结果:总有效率联合组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组中医症候积分(右侧胁痛、恶心呕吐、厌油腻、嗳气、舌苔薄白)、McGill量表评分(VAS评分、PRI评分、PPI评分)较治疗前均降低(P<0.05),且联合组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组胆囊收缩功能较治疗前上升(P<0.05),胆囊壁厚度较治疗前下降(P<0.05),且联合组变化幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药溻渍疗法联合红外线照射治疗慢性胆囊炎效果效好。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine tincture therapy combined with infrared irradiation on chronic cholecystitis.Method:82 cases were divided into control group and combination group,41 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with Dankang Capsules.The combination group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine tincture therapy combined with infrared irradiation in addition.Result:The total effective rate in the combination group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The TCM symptom scores(right flank pain,nausea and vomiting,anorexia,greasy breath,pale tongue coating)and McGill scale scores(VAS score,PRI score,PPI score)were lower in both groups after treatment than those before treatment(P<0.05).The scores of the combination group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The contractile function of the gallbladder in the two groups increased compared with that before treatment(P<0.05).The thickness of the gallbladder wall decreased compared with that before treatment(P<0.05)and the change in the combined group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine tincture therapy combined with infrared radiation has good effect on chronic cholecystitis.
