摘　　要：在特朗普时代,美国政治呈现出明显的危机特征。二战后与美国社会进步相伴而生的贫富分化、族裔关系复杂化、价值多元化等社会矛盾引发了美国的政治危机,全球化及信息技术革命给美国带来的全新挑战则激化了美国社会的矛盾和冲突,形成了特朗普时代严重的政治危机。特朗普的上台是美国部分民众和精英解决政治危机的尝试,但其上台本身就引发了不小的危机,同时,特朗普意图缓解危机的政策措施又加剧了美国的政治危机。危机强烈地冲击了美国的政治共识,但尚未对其形成不可挽回的破坏,因此,危机还是有可能缓解的。然而,这个危机是整个西方社会危机的一部分,因此,它的化解将是一个长期、艰苦的过程,也很有可能会为世界政治经济增添诸多不稳定的因素。The administration of Donald J.Trump demonstrates an obvious characteristic of crisis.The paper argues that the American political crises have been triggered by social conflicts such as the polarization of wealth,ethnic tensions,and value diversification since the end of WWII.Economic globalization and the information technology revolution have delivered new challenges,which intensify the inner social collision and turbulence of the US,thus gives rise to serious political crises in the Trump administration.Trump’s rise to the presidency,to a certain extent,resulted from an attempt by some American people and political elites to solve the existing politic crisis.However,Trump’s inauguration in itself had triggered a political trauma,and policies promulgated by the Trump Administration worsened the US political turmoil.The crisis has made a negative impact on the political consensus of the US,yet not fully irretrievable.However,the political crisis in the US is an integral and indispensable part of the social crisis throughout the Western world.Without a long uphill struggle,it is absolutely impossible to resolve the crisis which otherwise would bring more uncertainties to the global politics and economy.
