摘  要:在培养基中加入不同质量的Ca 2+和Zn 2+,研究其对金针菇菌丝生长、生物量以及多糖含量的影响。结果表明,固体培养时,Ca 2+浓度为1000~9000 mg/L促进菌丝的生长,当浓度超过12000 mg/L时抑制菌丝的生长;Zn 2+浓度为10~100 mg/L时促进菌丝的生长,当Zn 2+浓度超过150 mg/L时抑制菌丝的生长。液体培养时,Ca 2+浓度为5000 mg/L时,菌丝体多糖含量最多,相比对照组提高139.2%;Zn 2+浓度为6 mg/L时,菌丝体多糖含量最大,相比对照组增加141.8%。Different quality of Ca 2+and Zn 2+were added to the culture medium to study the effects on the growth morphology,biomass,and polysaccharide content of the mycelium of Flammulina velutipes.The results showed that in the solid culture,when the concentration of Ca 2+was 1000-9000 mg/L,the growth of mycelia was promoted.When the concentration was over 12000 mg/L,the growth of mycelia was inhibited;when the concentration of Zn 2+was 10-100 mg/L,the growth was accelerated.When the concentration of Zn 2+exceeded 150 mg/L,the growth of mycelia was inhibited.In the liquid culture,when the concentration of Ca 2+was 5000 mg/L,the polysaccharide content of mycelia was the highest,which was 139.2%higher than that of the control group.When the concentration of Zn 2+was 60 mg/L,the polysaccharide content of the mycelia was the highest,which was increased by 141.8%compared with the control group.
