摘  要:将实验室保藏的青枯病拮抗菌ZM9和YH-22配制成复合菌剂,并将万寿菊提取物和复合菌剂联合配制成协同菌剂,通过分析万寿菊提取物对青枯菌的抑制效果,复合菌剂和协同菌剂抑制青枯菌的效果。结果表明,万寿菊提取物对青枯菌具有抑制作用,且万寿菊提取物用量与抑制效果呈显著负相关(Pearson=-0.997,P=0.047);万寿菊提取物对青枯病拮抗菌有一定的促进作用;复合菌剂和协同菌剂对青枯菌均有抑制作用,协同菌剂抑菌效果显著高于复合菌剂;综合分析表明万寿菊提取物可以与青枯病拮抗菌联合施用,并能增强对青枯菌病原菌抑制效果。研究结果为烟草青枯病生防菌剂的研制拓展了新的方向。In this experiment,the antagonistic bacteria of tobacco bacterial wilt ZM9 and YH-22 preserved in our laboratory were prepared into compound bacterial agent.Marigold rhizome extract and above-mentioned compound bacterial agent were combined to prepare synergistic bacterial agent.By analyzing and comparing the inhibitory effect of marigold rhizome extract,compound bacterial agent and synergistic bacterial agent on tobacco bacterial wilt,it was found that marigold rhizome extract had an inhibitory effect on the tobacco bacteria wilt,and the amount of marigold rhizome extract was negatively correlated with the inhibitory effect(Pearson=-0.997,P=0.047).Besides,marigold rhizome extract can promote the growth of antagonistic bacteria of tobacco bacterial wilt to some extent.According to the statistical analysis of bacteriostatic circle and plate colony number,both the synergistic bacterial agent and compound bacterial agent had inhibiting effect on tobacco bacterial wilt,but the inhibitory effect of synergistic bacterial agent was significantly higher than that of compound bacterial agent.Comprehensive analysis showed that marigold rhizome extract could combine with antagonistic bacteria of tobacco bacterial wilt ZM9 and YH-22 to enhance the inhibitory effect of tobacco bacterial wilt.The resuts of this study opened a new direction for the development of tobacco bacterial wilt biocontrol agents.
