摘 要:通过对甘薯叶面喷施富有机硒植物营养剂,研究不同喷施用量对甘薯果实内硒含量的影响。结果表明试验所选取的3组用量对甘薯富硒都有一定的促进作用,随着喷施用量的提高,甘薯硒含量逐渐提高,其中4500 ml/(hm 2·次)喷施对甘薯富硒的促进作用最大。且在试验过程中发现甘薯植株内硒元素在整个生长过程中从叶片向甘薯果实中转移,同时喷施富有机硒植物营养剂能够明显抑制甘薯对重金属Cd的吸收,随着富有机硒营养剂用量的增加,甘薯内重金属镉的吸收量逐渐降低。对甘薯进行叶面喷施富有机硒营养剂能够促进甘薯对硒元素的吸收,且在试验用量范围内,随着用量提高,甘薯内硒含量也随之提高,同时可在一定程度上抑制重金属Cd的吸收。The effects of different spraying dosages on selenium content in sweet potato fruits were studied by spraying the organic selenium plant nutrient on the sweet potato leaf surface.The results showed that the dosage of the three groups selected in the experiment had a certain promoting effect on selenium enrichment in sweet potato.With the increase of spraying dosage,the selenium content in sweet potato increased gradually,and the effect of 4500 mL/hm 2 and sub-spraying on selenium enrichment in sweet potato had the greatest promotion effect.It was also found that selenium could be transferred from the leaves to the sweet potato fruits during the whole growth process of the sweet potato plants.At the same time,spraying the selenium-enriched plant nutrient could inhibit the absorption of heavy metals by sweet potato to some extent.And cadmium was found to be more obvious during the experiment.With the increase of the dosage of organic selenium nutrient,the absorption of heavy metal cadmium in sweet potato gradually decreased.Based on the above test results,foliar application of organic selenium nutrient to sweet potato can promote the absorption of selenium by sweet potato,and within the test dosage range,with the increase of spraying concentration,the selenium content in sweet potato will also increase.At the same time,the absorption of heavy metals can be inhibited to a certain extent.
