摘  要:海洋柔性管道是深海矿产资源开发中重要的提升和输运装备。本文从深海矿物开发模式、输送介质和自身可靠性等方面系统地阐述了柔性管道的应用需求,列举了两类深海采矿软管的应用现状与技术特点。为了满足深海采矿要求,探索提出了深海采矿系统软管的技术研制路线,并详细介绍了该系统软管所面临的整体应用、截面设计、建造与测试等技术挑战,为我国深海采矿系统软管的自主研制提供技术参考。Flexible pipe is one of the most important equipments applied for hoist and transportation in deep-sea mining.In this paper,the application requirements and status of flexible pipes are systematically proposed with respect to development mode,transmission medium and self-reliability in deep-sea mining.This is followed by the types and technical characters of four typical kinds of flexible pipes.In order to meet the requirements for deep-sea mining,technical route for developing flexible pipes used in deep-sea mining is proposed,and the technical challenges of flexible pipes are described including global application,section design,manufacture and test.Those may provide necessary technical references for developing the flexible pipe used in deep-sea mining in China.
