摘　　要：针对目前水性木器封闭底漆存在的缺点及其应用要求,采用自由基共聚、梯度聚合工艺制备出一款应用在木器封闭底的羟基丙烯酸酯水分散体。通过对中和剂、IA、Mn、Tg的调整,成功制备出在木器封闭底漆中室温快干,渗透性、打磨性、封闭性优异的双组分水性聚氨酯封闭底漆。In view of the shortcomings of water-borne wood sealing primer and its application requirements,a hydroxyacrylate water dispersion for wood sealing primer was prepared by free radical copolymerization and gradient polymerization.By adjusting neutralizer,IA,Mn and Tg,a two-component waterborne polyurethane sealing primer with excellent permeability,abrasiveness and sealing ability was successfully prepared.
