摘　　要：随着科技的发展,超薄玻璃的应用越来越广泛,相应的生产线也在顺应市场需求,不断向超薄型玻璃原片生产方式上改进革新。传统掰边辊道作为浮法玻璃生产线冷端的重要组成设备,已经无法满足超薄玻璃生产线的生产工艺需求,其改造升级对超薄玻璃的生产具有重要意义。新型超薄玻璃随动调宽掰边辊道具有更短的掰断动作周期,横向调宽更快速精准,输送辊道拥有更高的稳定性。With the development of science and technology, the application of ultra-thin glass is more and more extensive. The corresponding production line is also, in accordance with the market demand, constantly improving and innovating the production technology of ultra-thin glass sheet. As an important part of the cold end of float glass production line, the traditional edge breaking roller table has been unable to meet the technology needs of ultra-thin glass production line. The transformation and upgrading of the traditional one is of great significance to the production of ultra-thin glass. The new edge-breaking roller table with adjustable width for ultra-thin glass has following advantages;shorter edge-breaking cycle, faster and more accurate lateral width-adjustment, higher stability of conveying roller table.
