摘　　要：勃起功能障碍(ED)属于中医学"阳痿"范畴,ED的发生、发展与情志因素密切相关,心理-社会因素在ED的发生和发展中起重要作用;ED患者心理症状明显;ED患者躯体症状与心理症状相互影响互为因果。基于此郭军教授主张运用中医学"形神一体观"理论,从疾病整体角度出发强调ED治疗的新目标为心身同治,心身同治在治疗ED中具体应用为:一、补肾疏肝,中西结合以改善ED躯体症状;二、"治神"以缓解心理症状;三、重视性伴侣在ED治疗中的作用。Erectile dysfunction(ED)belongs to the category of impotence in traditional Chinese medicine.The occurrence and development of ED are closely related to emotional factors.Psycho-social factors play an important role in the occurrence and development of ED.The psychological symptoms of ED patients are obvious.The physical symptoms and psychological symptoms of ED patients interact with each other.Based on this,Professor Guo Jun advocates the application of the theory of"body-spirit integration"in traditional Chinese medicine,emphasizing the new goal of ED treatment from the perspective of disease as a whole as psychosomatic treatment.The application of psychosomatic treatment in the treatment of ED is as follows:reinforcing the kidney and soothing the liver,combining Chinese and Western medicine to improve the physical symptoms of ED;secondly,"treating spirit"to alleviate psychological symptoms;thirdly,attaching importance to the role of sexual partners in the treatment of ED.
