摘　　要：理论新闻学有自身的完整体系,由对理论新闻学问题体系的系统阐释而构成。理论新闻学的问题体系根源于对其整体研究对象的概念化、问题化。理论新闻学的研究对象是人与人之间交流新闻信息的活动(简称新闻活动),因而人与新闻的关系问题自然成为理论新闻学的总问题。对新闻活动何以产生的设问,形成了新闻起源论问题;对总问题构成中两大要素人与新闻的提问,分别构成了新闻主体论和新闻客体论问题。新闻主体(人)在解决与新闻客体(新闻)的关系中,形成了事实与新闻的关系这一理论新闻学的基本问题,由事实与新闻的关系问题衍生出构建新闻体系的一系列基础问题(新闻本源论问题、新闻认识论问题、新闻价值论问题、新闻方法论问题)。新闻起源问题、总问题、基本问题按照一定的逻辑关系,形成了理论新闻学比较完整的问题体系。Theoretical journalism which is composed of the systematic explanation of its own question system has its own complete system.The question system of theoretical journalism stems from the conceptualization and questioning of its whole research object.The research object of theoretical journalism is the exchange of news information between people,therefore,the relationship between people and news has naturally become the general inquiry of theoretical journalism.The questioning of the origin of news activities has formed the origin of journalistic theory;the questions concerning people and news,two main elements of the overall question system,respectively constitute the question of journalism subject theory and journalism object theory.When the subject of news(human)is exploring its relationship with object of news(news),the basic question of the relationship between facts and news is formed.Based on the relationship between facts and news,a series of basic questions(news origin theory,news epistemology,news axiology and news methodology)are derived to construct the news system.According to their logical relations,the origin,the general and basic questions of news have formed a relatively complete question system of theoretical journalism.
