摘　　要：公安院校实践教学基地是现代高素质警务人才培养的重要载体。当前公安院校实践教学基地建设存在功能实现水平不高、教学能力不足、教学管理和质量控制薄弱等问题,需要树立警务人才培养共同体意识,建立合理的实践教学体系,加强质量保障机制建设、创新发展方式实现共建共享等措施方能实现基地建设的良性发展。The practical teaching base of police colleges and universities is an important carrier for the training of modern high-quality police talents. There are some problems in the construction of the base including low implementation level of functions, insufficient teaching ability, weak teaching management and quality control, and so on. The police talent cultivation community consciousness should be set up, reasonable practical teaching system should be established, quality guarantee mechanism should be constructed and development path should be innovated to realize joint construction and sharing,in order to make the base develop well.
