摘　　要：目的分析乙肝病毒(HBV)DNA复制水平与HBeAg、HBsAg的相关性。方法选取2015年1月至2016年12月我院收治的150例乙肝患者,以化学发光免疫法测定HBeAg与HBsAg,以荧光定量PCR测定HBV DNA水平。统计HBeAg、HBsAg阳性率,比较HBeAg、HBsAg阴性与阳性患者的HBV DNA阳性率与平均拷贝数。结果HBeAg阳性患者的HBV DNA阳性率与平均拷贝数均高于HBeAg阴性患者(P<0.05)。HBsAg阳性患者的平均拷贝数高于HBsAg阴性患者(P<0.05)。HBeAg和HBsAg均阳性患者的HBV DNA阳性率与平均拷贝数均高于HBeAg、HBsAg单一阳性患者(P<0.05)。HBeAg阳性与HBsAg阳性均与HBV DNA水平呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论HBeAg与HBsAg能在一定程度上反映HBV DNA复制水平,特别是高水平HBeAg,与HBV DNA密切相关。Objective To analyze the correlation between hepatitis B virus(HBV)DNA replication level and HBeAg and HBsAg.Methods 150 hepatitis B patients admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected.Chemoluminescence immunoassay was used to detect the HBeAg and HBsAg,and real-time PCR was used to detect the HBV DNA level.The positive rates of HBeAg and HBsAg were counted,and the HBV DNA positive rates and average copy numbers of patients with positive or negative HBeAg and HBsAg were compared.Results The HBV DNA positive rate and average copy number of HBeAg positive patients were higher than those of HBeAg negative patients(P<0.05).The average copy number of HBsAg positive patients was higher than that of HBsAg negative patients(P<0.05).Compared with HBeAg and HBsAg single positive patients,the positive HBeAg and HBsAg patients had higher HBV DNA positive rate and average copy number(P<0.05).HBeAg positive and HBsAg positive were positively correlated with HBV level(P<0.05).Conclusions HBeAg and HBsAg can reflect the HBV DNA replication level to a certain extent,especially high HBeAg level,which are closely correlated to HBV DNA.
