手术室积极保暖护理对剖宫产手术产妇低体温发生率及切口感染率的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨手术室积极保暖护理对剖宫产手术产妇低体温发生率及切口感染率的影响。方法选择2018年3月至2019年3月在我院行剖宫产手术的89例产妇,随机分为对照组(n=45)和观察组(n=44)。对照组实施常规手术护理,观察组实施手术室积极保暖护理。比较两组术后低体温发生率、切口感染率及护理满意度。结果观察组术后低体温发生率为4.55%,明显低于对照组的33.33%(P<0.05)。观察组术后切口感染率为4.55%,明显低于对照组的28.89%(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度为95.45%,明显高于对照组的66.67%(P<0.05)。结论行剖宫产术期间实施积极保暖护理可有效降低产妇低体温发生率及切口感染率,提高产妇的护理满意度,促进产妇术后康复,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the influence of active warm nursing in operating room on incidence of hypothermia and incision infection rate in puerperas undergoing cesarean section.Methods 89 cases of puerperas undergoing cesarean section in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=45)and observation group(n=44).The control group received routine operation nursing,while the observation group received active warm nursing in operating room.The incidence of hypothermia,incision infection rate and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative incidence of hypothermia in the observation group was 4.55%,significantly lower than 33.33%in the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative incision infection rate of the observation group was 4.55%,significantly lower than 28.89%of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was 95.45%,significantly higher than 66.67%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions During caesarean section,active warm nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of hypothermia and incision infection rate,improve the nursing satisfaction degree,and promote the postoperative rehabilitation of puerperas,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
