摘　　要：目的探讨CRUSADE评分在急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)患者经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)术后药物致消化道出血中的预测作用。方法选取2017年7月至2017年12月我院收治的150例PCI术后ACS患者作为对照组,予以常规护理及随访;选取2018年1月至2018年6月收治的143例PCI术后ACS患者作为观察组,在常规护理随访的同时采用CRUSADE评分进行出血风险评估。比较两组患者出院后12个月内消化道出血发生率。结果两组的新发消化道出血事件发生率均随用药时间的延长而升高。观察组的消化道出血发生率随CRUSADE风险增加而上升(P<0.05)。结论CRUSADE评分系统在预测PCI术后ACS患者消化道出血方面具有较好应用价值。Objective To explore the predictive effect of CRUSADE score in gastrointestinal bleeding caused by drugs after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)of patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Methods 150 ACS patients after PCI admitted to our hospital from July 2017 to December 2017 were selected as control group and given routine nursing and follow-up.143 patients ACS patients after PCI admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to June 2018 were selected as observation group and given CRUSADE bleeding risk evaluation,routine nursing and follow-up.The incidence of gastrointestinal bleeding within 12 months after discharge was compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of new gastrointestinal bleeding events increased with the duration of medication in both groups.In the observation group,the incidence of gastrointestinal bleeding increased with the increase of CRUSADE risk(P<0.05).Conclusions CRUSADE score system has better application value to predict gastrointestinal bleeding of ACS patients after PCI.
