城市群产业、人口、空间耦合协调发展研究——以珠三角城市群为例

摘　　要：利用珠三角城市群2000~2016年相关数据,构建产业、人口、空间发展综合评价指标体系,对珠三角城市群综合发展水平及耦合协调度进行量化分析。研究发现,珠三角产业、人口、空间整体水平和耦合协调发展程度在时间和空间上具有显著的阶段性特征:时间上看大致经历了产业和人口发展主导、空间开拓为主导、三大系统协调度不断提升等几个阶段;空间上看,深莞经济圈的综合发展程度要优于广佛经济圈,珠江两岸城市发展不平衡现象明显,整体空间格局由广深为双核心的空间格局逐步演进成为以广深莞为轴心,惠州和佛山为两翼的高水平协调发展区域形态。鉴于此,提出应坚定走优化产业布局、加快空间格局调整,推动珠三角人口、产业、空间协调发展。By building the index of the development of industry-population-space based on empirical data from 2000 to 2016,this paper calculate the comprehensive development and coupling coordination development level of industrypopulation-space in Pearl River Delta city groups. The research find that there are significant periodic features in the perspective of time and space:In terms of time,it has gone through several stages,such as the leading of industry and population development,the leading of space development,and the gradual improvement of the coordination degree between the three systems;In terms of space,the overall coordination degree of Shenzhen-Dongguan economic circle is better than that of Guangzhou-Foshan economic circle,Urban development on both sides of the Pearl River is not balanced,the spatial pattern gradually evolves from the dual core form of Guangzhou and Shenzhen to a high level coordinated regional development form with Guangzhou,Shenzhen and Dongguan as the core and Huizhou and Foshan as wings. astriple core with Shen and the high level coordinated development of the two wings of Huizhou and Foshan. In view of this,this paper suggests that we should firmly follow the development path of optimizing the industrial layout and speeding up the adjustment of spatial pattern to promote the coordinated development of population-industryspace in Pearl River Delta urban agglomeration.
